By accessing and using InfoBin's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

InfoBin provides secure access code services for document sharing with the following features:

• Temporary access codes with 6-month validity
• Zero-knowledge encryption for uploaded content
• Secure payment processing through Stripe
• Multiple access code packages (Starter, Standard, Value, Premium)

3. Access Code Terms

• Validity: All access codes expire 6 months from purchase date
• Usage: Each code can be used once for document access
• Freely shareable: Codes can be freely distributed and shared with anyone
• No refunds: Digital access codes are non-refundable once generated
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your codes secure

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before access code generation
• Failed payments will not generate access codes
• Chargebacks may result in service suspension

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use InfoBin for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code distribution
• Copyright infringing materials
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Automated attacks or service disruption attempts
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, InfoBin is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may suspend service temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or other operational requirements.

7. Data and Privacy

• We implement zero-knowledge architecture where possible
• User data is encrypted and automatically deleted per our retention policy

8. Intellectual Property

InfoBin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InfoBin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

InfoBin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
